at Trillium Kennels we request that all potential puppy buyers complete this
questionnaire. This allows us to know more about you and your family so that we
may help you choose the right collie for your lifestyle. A deposit of $100 is
requested. A deposit is NOT a commitment to buy ....it is a commitment to
"come and see". If we do not have the *right* collie for you, we will
return your deposit or hold it until the next litter. Receipt of a deposit will
lock you into the posted purchase price.
