Trillium Pet Care is a place where your pet

can feel understood, cared for,

happy and safe, while you are away.

Pre-boarding visits are welcomed and encouraged.

Business Hours

Boarding Kennel

Arrival and departure of pets is by appointment only. Appointments must be during these posted business hours.

Please contact Trillium Pet Care to schedule your pet's visit.

Monday thru Friday

9am to 11am ~ 7pm to 8pm

Weekends

Saturday

9am to 11am ~ No evening hours

Sunday

9am to 11am ~ 7pm to 8pm

Please respect these hours. Arrivals or departures outside of these regular hours may be subject to an additional service fee.

While Trillium Pet Care is open to care for your pet 365 days a year, there is absolutely no drop off or pick up on the holiday itself. We do not have business hours on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day (no evening hours), Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (no evening hours), Christmas Day, New Year's Eve (no evening hours).

Grooming Salon

Grooming is by appointment or may be scheduled during your pet's boarding visit. In addition to weekdays, we offer evening and weekend grooming services. Please contact Trillium Pet Care to book your pet's professional grooming.

Boarding:

Rates are per day. Pets are charged full rate the first day they arrive regardless of the time of day they are dropped off. Pets picked up during regular morning hours will be charged half rate for the departure day. Pets that are picked up prior to their reserved departure date will be charged for one additional day. To avoid this fee, please notify Trillium Pet Care at least 24 hours before arriving to pick up your pet.

Extra Fees:

Dispensing medications…$.50/dose

Fleece blanket rental…$5.00/visit

We provide all pets with a comfortable rest surface at no charge - see canine bedding on our Tour page.

Canine play area…$2.00/15 minutes

Nature walk...$5.00/walk

Kennel feed…$1.00 to $2.00/meal

Payment is due by cash or personal check when you pick your pet up. There is a $25.00 fee for NSF checks. Trillium Pet Care does not accept credit/debit cards.

Discounts

New customers can enjoy the first day basic boarding for free!

Pets here for extended stays of 14+ days will receive a 10% discount off the basic boarding rate.

Two or more pets from the same household who share the same enclosure will receive a 10% discount off the basic boarding rate. Pets must be able to eat and sleep together without separation or supervision.

Limit of one discount per visit.

Feeding
	It is generally accepted that pets will experience less stress during a visit if they can remain on their regular diet. You are invited to bring a sufficient supply of your pets regular feed.
Please bring food from home in the original bag or a sealed container. Zip-lock, Tupperware or Rubbermaid type containers are perfect. Trillium Pet Care has a freezer, refrigerator, and a microwave available for the storage and heating of meals. We also have can openers, measuring
cups, and lids for canned foods. Please leave your pet bowls at home, we will provide sanitary stainless steel dishes in a size appropriate for your pets breed. If you do not want to pack food from home, we will provide your pet with our own quality dry feed for a nominal fee.
	You are welcome to send treats and chews from home. You may also purchase chew treats from our retail store. We carry a wide variety of pig ears, chew hooves, rawhides, and the popular greenies. Your pet will only be fed the items you bring or purchase. Please only bring or buy items appropriate for your pets chewing behavior. Trillium Pet Care cannot be held responsible for dental or digestive injury cause by aggressive chewers!
Clean, cool water is provided 24 hours a day for all boarding guests! TOP

Fleas and Ticks

All pets will be checked shortly after arrival for the presence of fleas & ticks. If present, your pet will receive treatment. Owners will be charged accordingly.

We encourage owners to avoid this expense with the regular use of Veterinary prescribed spot treatments such as Advantage, Frontline, or Revolution. Please apply these spot treatments several days before arriving at our facility. This will allow the product time to kill any fleas or ticks already on your pet. We do NOT recommend the use of those less expensive spot treatments available at department stores.
