Trillium Pet Care is open for
boarding pets 365 days a year including all major holidays at no extra
cost. Absolutely no drop off
or pick up outside of these hours or on holidays.
Please plan accordingly.
Grooming
is also by appointment and the drop off/pick up times may vary from the
above Lobby Hours
Please contact Trillium to reserve your pets visit.

POLICIES
All pets are charged full
rate on the first day they arrive regardless of the time of drop off.
Pets picked up during regular morning hours on departure day will
receive a half day discount. Rates
are per day of the week and not per night or 24 hour period.
Payment is due when you pick up your pet by cash, personal check,
money order, or travelers check. Trillium
Pet Care, Inc. now accepts Master Card Visa and Discover credit/debit
cards. Rates and requirements
are subject to change without notice.
Trillium Pet Care, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any pet for
any reason. Pet owners remain
responsible for their pet’s actions.
Please provide 24 hour notice of cancellations.
Pets picked up prior to reserved departure date without 24 hour
notice will be charged for one additional day.
All animals should arrive on a leash or confined in a pet carrier.
Please no flexi style retractable leads.
Grooming
Salon
Grooming
is by appointment or may be scheduled during your pet's boarding
visit. In addition to weekdays, we offer evening and weekend
grooming services. Please contact
Trillium Pet Care to book your
pet's professional grooming.

FREE TRIAL DAY
Give
our facility a try and put your mind at ease. Potential clients may enjoy a
complimentary trial day any Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Drop your pet off during morning hours and pick up in the evening.
Free day is based on availability and is not available during
Holiday
periods. Basic daycare boarding
only, fees for extra services may still apply.

for extended stays of 14+ days will receive a 10% discount off the basic
boarding rate. Beginning on
the 15th day dogs will receive one free Play Area per day and
cats will receive one free Jungle Gym per day for the remainder of their
visit

pets from the SAME HOUSHOLD will receive 10% off the basic boarding rate.
These pets do not need to be the same species nor do they need to
share an enclosure to receive this discount.
Multiple pocket pets being charged per cage are equal to one pet in
this equation.

Vaccination Requirements |
Vaccinations
For
the safety of our care team staff and all the pets who visit our facility,
Trillium Pet Care has a strict vaccination policy. Both boarding and
grooming pets are required to have current immunizations. Proof is
mandatory so please bring the printout or record book from your
veterinarian. This is your assurance that your pet will not be
exposed to any preventable illness while in our care! For a

| Feeding

It
is generally accepted that pets will experience less stress during a visit
if they can remain on their regular diet.
You are invited to bring a sufficient supply of your pets regular
feed.
|

Please
bring food from home in the original bag or a sealed container.
Zip-lock, Tupperware or Rubbermaid type containers are perfect.
Trillium Pet Care has a freezer, refrigerator, and a microwave
available for the storage and heating of meals.
We also have can openers, measuring |

|
cups, and lids for canned
foods. Please leave your pet bowls at home, we will provide sanitary
stainless steel dishes in a size appropriate for your pets breed. If you
do not want to pack food from home, we will provide your pet with our own
quality dry feed for a nominal fee.

You
are welcome to send treats and chews from home. You may also purchase chew treats from our retail store.
We carry a wide variety of pig ears, chew hooves, rawhides, and the
popular greenies. Your pet
will only be fed the items you bring or purchase.
Please only bring or buy items appropriate for your pets chewing
behavior. Trillium Pet Care cannot be held responsible for dental or digestive injury cause by
aggressive chewers!

Clean,
cool water is provided 24 hours a day for all boarding guests!

Fleas
and Ticks
All
pets will be checked shortly after arrival for the presence of fleas &
ticks. If present, your pet
will receive treatment.
Owners will be charged accordingly.
We
encourage owners to avoid this expense with the regular use of Veterinary
prescribed spot treatments such as Advantage, Frontline, or Revolution.
Please
apply these spot treatments several days before arriving at our facility.
This will allow the product time to kill any fleas or ticks already
on your pet. We do NOT
recommend the use of those less expensive spot treatments available at
department stores.
